College "Tetnuldi" is located in the town of Mestia and is an authorized vocational school, which was founded in 2011 on the basis of a vocational lyceum. The college implements both long-term and short-term educational programs. It conducts its activities in accordance with the Constitution of Georgia, the Law of Georgia "On Vocational Education", the by-laws arising from it, the internal regulations and statutes of the college.

The purpose of the college is to: Supporting the professional development of Georgia’s population and increasing competitiveness in the labor market, the college aims to develop high-standard vocational education and training programs, provide a conducive learning environment, award qualifications, and issue bilingual diplomas as well as certificates for short-term vocational programs. The diploma issued by the college is recognized by the state.

The Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia annually announces the registration of those wishing to continue their studies at state vocational educational institutions.
