Purpose
The goal of the program is to implement professional programs that will prepare food production specialists for both local and international labor markets. These specialists will be capable of working in hotel and restaurant kitchens while adhering to food hygiene, sanitary-hygienic norms, and food safety regulations.

A person with a basic professional qualification in culinary arts can be employed in any type of hotel, restaurant, or other food and hospitality establishments where food is planned, organized, and prepared. Positions include food service personnel, chefs, and kitchen assistants. The graduate can also run their own business – self-employment.
Duration
For Georgian-speaking professional students: 80 credits, 15 academic months (60 academic weeks).
For non-Georgian-speaking professional students: 95 credits, 20 academic months (80 academic weeks).
For Georgian-speaking professional students with a dual approach: 80 credits (80 academic weeks).
For non-Georgian-speaking professional students with a dual approach: 95 credits (120 academic weeks).
